Mr. Fredrick A. DeCheney, age 57, passed away Friday morning in a Muskegon care facility following a long illness. He was born in Muskegon on March 29, 1953 to Fredrick A. and Joyce R. (Campbell) DeCheney. Fred is survived by: seven children, Natasha (Kurt) Bonkgers of Pearidge, AL, Nita Peoples of Muskegon Hts., Samantha Bass of Muskegon Hts., Fredrick (Amber) DeCheney III of Muskegon, Nicholas DeCheney of Muskegon, Coty "Alex" DeCheney of Muskegon and Shelby DeCheney of Muskegon; his mother, Joyce DeCheney of Muskegon; two brothers, David in California and Tony (Pam) DeCheney in Muskegon; sister, Brenda Hershey of Muskegon and 13 grandchildren.
