Mr. Garrett L. Linville's Obituary
Mr. Garrett Lee Linville, age 58, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at his home. He was born on January 21, 1960 to Bill and Virginia (Elliot) Linville in Hayti, MO. On April 6, 2016 he married the former Patricia Stone in Muskegon. Garrett was known as a hard-worker, which was apparent in his job as a sider and roofer. He enjoyed spending his time outdoors hunting and fishing, and was an animal lover. Garrett had a big heart and was always willing to lend a hand to a friend in need. He was a loving father, grandfather and husband and instilled strong family values in his children. Garrett was strong-willed with a lively and jokester personality, no matter how stubborn he was known to be. Garrett is survived by his wife of two years, Patricia; his children, Garrett Brown-Linville, Johnny (Sarah) Linville, Andrew (Jessica) Brown, Christopher Linville and Marylou (Jose) Sequra; step-children, Jason Stone, David Bursby and Susan Bursby; eight grandchildren; siblings, James Linville and Karie Linville; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Virginia; and sister, Wanda Drake. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 2 at 11AM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., 49444, 231-798-1100 with Pastor Matt Sharpe officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service from 10-11AM.
