Brother Roger and I were friends of Gary when we lived on Robert's Street near Sheldon Field. Gary was a Sheldon Scrapper in our tight Sheldon Field community. I am saddened by this news, and sincerely wish his family peace and comfort and understanding.
Gary was indeed a larger than life presence. So many memories of this fine man. Campfires, boat time, holiday gatherings, and so much more. My sincerest condolences for the entire Britton clan. God called home a special soul. All that knew him well were lucky to have him in their lives.
