Gary Alan Reames' Obituary
Mr. Gary Alan Reames, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 5, 2022 in Muskegon. He was born in Grand Haven, Michigan on May 1, 1965 to Duane and Mary Ann (Suchecki) Reames. Gary graduated from Ferris State University and was employed as a sales engineer for SOS Engineering. He was a member of the Fruitport Conservation Club, Fruitport Eagles, Thursday night golf league at Westwind, and Wednesday night ping pong with his buddies. Gary was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Baldwin. He enjoyed golfing, music, bowling, Detroit sports, and was a U of M fanatic. On June 10, 1994, Gary married the former Maureen Bauer in Muskegon and she survives him along with his sister, Cindy (Ron) Pieczynski; brother, Greg (Teresa) Reames; sister-in-law, Cindy Reames; and many nieces and nephews he loved and supported as if they were his own. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Steve, Jim, and Bob Reames; and Maize. VISITATION will be held from 5-8 PM Thursday, August 11, 2022 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444.
