Dad, I know that you are in a better place and no longer in any discomfort and for this I am greatful. But, my heart is heavy because you left with so many things being misunderstood between us. I know you are watching over me from the other side and you know that you were loved very much and that you loved us very much even though you didn't express it to us as often as we would have liked. I want you to know how proud I am of you for making the turn around in your life the last seven years. It took a lot of courage to do what you did and I am pleased that your grandchildren got to know you as well as they did. You are missed greatly by the kids especially Michael you were a huge influence on him and I want to say thank you for that. Rest in peace Dad.
