Genevieve "Genny" Gorajec's Obituary
Genevieve “Genny” Gorajec, age 85, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022 in Greenville, MI. She was born March 7, 1937 in Koziel, Poland to Eugene and Stella Duda. She married Bruno Gorajec in Ludwigsburn, Germany and immigrated to this country in 1956 following WWII. Genny became a citizen of the United States in 1964. Genny was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. Survivors include 3 children, Ed (Joan) Gorajec, Jolanta (Bernard) Shreve, Steven (Lori) Gorajec; 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Lillian (Phil) Phillips and Mary (Bill) Hanson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruno Gorajec on September 19, 2007. A Graveside Service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at St. Mary’s Cemetery Chapel, 1915 Park St, Muskegon, MI 49442.
