George Warren Brewster's Obituary
Mr. George Brewster, age 91, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2012 at home. He was born February 7, 1921 in Woodville, MI to Charles and Myrtle (Waybill) Brewster. George was a 1938 graduate of Muskegon High School and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was employed as a patternmaker and retired from Anderson Pattern in 1980. He married the former Earleen Madonna Vallee in Greenup, KY on July 19, 1942. She preceded him in death on March 13, 2006. George enjoyed dancing, gardening and woodworking. Survivors include: his children, Charles H. Brewster and Judith A. (Roger) Fritz both of Weslaco, TX, George P. (Margaret) Brewster, Sr. of Fruitport and David J. (Debra) Brewster of Hesperia; 3 sisters, Edith Ebrecht, Vivian Field and Nancy Vallier-Flannery and her husband Larry; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by 4 sisters, Ella Nelson, Geneva McDonald, Charlene and Evelyn Brewster; and his daughter-in-law, Nancy (Blais) Brewster. There will be no service or visitation at this time. He will be laid to rest in Norton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Harbor Hospice.
