George D. Fuller's Obituary
George Dorr Fuller, age 86, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025, peacefully at his home in Fruitport, MI. George was born on April 10, 1938, to Dorr and Eve (Champion) Fuller. He was a longtime member of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Muskegon. George worked for the Fruitport Township fire department for 40 years, retiring as a captain in 1998. He also worked as a building inspector and a contractor, developing two subdivisions and many houses over the years. He wintered in Florida with Molly for 30 years, where he won many horseshoe tournaments over the years. George loved deer hunting at his cabin in Baldwin, MI, and he also enjoyed salmon fishing and bowling. He and Molly loved to travel together, and they went on many exciting cruises and trips across the world, including Cuba, Alaska, Hawaii, and Panama.
