George R. Kruzel's Obituary
George R. Kruzel, age 94, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021. He was born on April 6, 1926 to Bruno and Emma (Pochiask) Kruzel in Petoskey, MI. George served his country in the United States Army and was a veteran of World War II. During his work life George was a Millwright at S.D. Warren for 42 years until his retirement in 1988. George loved tending to his garden and fishing. He is survived by his children, Mark Kruzel, Craig (Shelli) Kruzel, Sherri (Robert) DeMuro; nine grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Zimmerman, and Louise Schmitz. He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Dorene Kruzel; three brothers; and four sisters. Arrangements entrusted to The Lee Chapel of The Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S.
