Mr. George P. Micka III's Obituary
Mr. George P. Micka III, age 75, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 27, 2018 in Buckeye, Arizona. George was born November 13, 1942 to George and Marie (Hagen) Micka, Jr. in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, had belonged to the Y’s men and TPA, and had worked at Shaw Walker/Knoll for 40 years before retiring. George also ushered at the L.C. Walker Arena and the Frauenthal Center for many years. On July 2, 1966 he married Mary Anne Hibbard, and she survives him along with 1 son: Martin Micka; his granddaughter: Adrianna; his brother: Ronald (Bonnie) Micka; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his son George P. Micka IV. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, April 13, at 11:00 AM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholilc Church. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the mass. You may visit the family’s online guestbook at www.sytsemafh.com.
