Georgia L. Babcock's Obituary
Georgia L. Babcock, age 96, passed away Monday morning, November 1, 2021. She was born October 4, 1925 in Muskegon Heights, MI to Frederick and Bell (Derby) Riley. On October 4, 1980, she married George L. Babcock in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on December 26, 1993. Georgia is survived by 6 children: Okel (Lew) Haring, Marilyn Averill, Allen (Debbie) Stone, Donnie (Geraldine) Stone, Robert (Barb) Stone, and Alice Woodring; and many, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Harbor Hospice for the exceptional care given to Georgia and the family during her final days. According to her wishes, there will be no services. She will be laid to rest in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
