Gerald Irwin's Obituary
Gerald “Gary†A. Irwin of Ravenna died, Saturday, September 20, 2014 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Gary was born on February 16, 1952 in Muskegon, Michigan to the late John and Bernadine (Gauthier) Irwin. He married Michelle Marie (Sturtevant) Irwin on November 19, 1982 in the sky above Muskegon. .
Gary is survived by his wife of 31 years: Michelle Irwin of Ravenna, Sons: Gerald (Amy) Irwin of Gaylord, Christopher (Holly) Irwin of Howard City, MI, Kyle (Ashley) Irwin of Grand Rapids, Casey Irwin of Ravenna. 10 Grandchildren. 2 Brothers: William (Helene) Irwin and Robert (Diana) Irwin both of Ravenna. 5 Sisters: Karen (John) Felix of N. Muskegon, Sharon Irwin of Wisconsin, Lois Epplett, Susan (Howard) Gilbert and Janey (Dave) Paprocki all of Ravenna. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents and Daughter: Kerri Jo Welch.
Funeral Services for Gary will be conducted on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 11:00am at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna with Pastor Carl Black officiating. Burial will be in Ravenna Cemetery.
The Family will be at the Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00pm & 6:00 to 8:00pm to receive friends. Also on Thursday 1 hour prior to service.
