Jerry was great mentor to me as I started my career. He taught me the human side of business. Once when I wanted to drop out of school and work for Jerry full time he told me if I dropped out of school I could not work for him at all. I finished school. My condolence to Shirley and her family.##imported-begin##Tom Wheeler##imported-end##
Had a long time working relationship with Jerry. Started with Jerry about 1960. We went through a lot together. Good times and bad. Rest well Jerry, you deserve it.##imported-begin##Duane Sugarbaker##imported-end##

Dear Lori and Family,
Lori, over the years we attended several football games and what we enjoyed most was visiting with your father in the stands and seeing the joy and love in his eyes when he would cheer the boys on. You have a life time of memories to cherish. Just know our thoughts are with you and your family at this difficult time. Love Eric and Susan Silvis##imported-begin##Susan Silvis##imported-end##

Dear Lori, Linda and Mrs. Alvord:
I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Alvord. Many memories were made in the days living on Furman. I always remembered him as having a quiet presence when all of us kids were around. Take care - Melanie (Lynn) Prins##imported-begin##Melanie (Lynn) Prins##imported-end##
