Ginger M. Brege's Obituary
Ginger M. Brege, age 64, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2020 following a short illness. She was born on May 26, 1955 to Phillip and Dottie (Howell) Meyers. Ginger was well known for her love for people and animals. For years she ran Hickory Stables in Spring Lake and mentored young girls and boys through the 4-H program. Ginger also enjoyed baking and cooking, and used those talents working as a pastry chef at Turks Tavern. As an active person she enjoyed trail riding, fishing and decorating. SURVIVORS include 2 sons, Wyatt Brege and Montana Brege; grandson, Landon Brege; siblings, Jackie Meyers-Yore, Jill Wall, Jeannie Behm, Janice Ferguson, and Jacob Meyers. Ginger was preceded in death by two sons, Cody Brege and Eric Knoll; and her parents, Phillip and Dottie Meyers. Private family services were held.
