Gladys H. (Hanson) Weingartner's Obituary
Mrs. Gladys (Hanson) Weingartner, age 99, passed away Friday, June 19, 2009 at her home in Muskegon. She was born February 14, 1910 in Detroit to Albert and Stella (Duffren) Hanson. She attended Detroit Schools and graduated from Detroit Business University. She was employed at Michigan Bell Telephone Company before coming to Muskegon. Mrs. Weingartner was interested in land conservancy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, her daughter, Alice and her brother, Gerald Hanson. She is survived by five nephews and their families: Keith Norick of Lansing, MI; Jerome Norick of Duluth, MN; Christopher Hanson of Port Townsend, WA; James Hanson of Auburn, AL; and Lawrence Weingartner of Bloomington, IN. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated 11:00 AM Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Thomas J. Brown as celebrant and Rev. Mr. James J. Schiltz as homilist. INTERMENT will take place at Laketon Township Cemetery. Arrangements handled by
