My condolences to Cathy and family, on the loss of Glen.
As owner of MD Instruments, Glen helped us through hundreds of issues with our equipment and with Audits (AMS2750) that we were required to undergo. In the time that we worked together, we were good friends that were able to share good times and rough times, as well.
Glen was always great to work with and eager to help solve any issues, as well as to guide his personnel (on-site Technicians, Office and Sales staff), to assure that our needs were met. There were so many times that Glen found a way to send a Technician to our Plant, when we had a need to get equipment running quickly (not an easy task, when our Plant is located 80 miles from MDI’s office, as well as to “juggle” other customers’ service calls) – those “Trouble Calls” seemed to happen too often at times, but because of Glen, MDI was always there to meet our needs.
I’m grateful for all of Glen’s help throughout the years and I’m especially glad that our paths crossed for the time that we worked together.
I know that Glen is now resting in eternal peace, as he is now home with our Lord.
