Glen E Heath's Obituary
Mr. Glen E Heath, age 66, died early Sunday morning, May 2, 2004. He was born February 17, 1938 in Coleman, MI to Cleo and Lois (Schoonmaker) Heath, and had lived in the Muskegon area for most of his life. Mr. Heath owned and operated the Get-It-N-Go party store for 14 years before retiring in 1996, and for 21 years worked for Dresser Industries. After his retirement, he enjoyed spending the winters in Florida, traveling, and fishing. On June 28, 1958, he married the former Sandra Boerema in Ravenna, MI and she survives him along with 4 daughters, Lori (Craig) King of Whitehall, Sue Scarbrough, Sandy and Rick, Pam Heath all of Muskegon; 6 grandchildren, Angel, Andy, Jessica, Robbie, Kyle, Travis; his mother, Lois Heath of Ravenna; 2 brothers, Aaron (Sue) Heath of Grand Rapids, Norman Heath of Muskegon; 3 sisters, Vivian Spencer of Ravenna, Lois Armstrong of Muskegon, Betty (Duane) Hoffman of Rocky Mound, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Cleo Heath. SERVICES will be 3:30 PM Thursday (PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE) at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. (231) 726-5210 with Elder Adam Porter officiating. Burial will be in Egelston Twp. Cemetery. VISITATION will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. MEMORIALS to Hospice of Michigan – Fremont will be appreciated.
