Gloria L. Cochrane's Obituary
Gloria Lee Cochrane, age 80, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2012 in Muskegon. She was born in Saginaw, MI on May 27, 1932 to Oran and Muriel (Rabiteau) Cochrane. Gloria grew up in St. Louis, MI, and graduated from St. Louis High School in 1950. She continued her education at Central Michigan University, double majoring in education and psychology; and then Western Michigan University where she received her master’s degree in psychology. Gloria taught high school English for Montague Public Schools and then worked as a school psychologist at Muskegon Heights Public Schools before her retirement. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Gloria is survived by her 2 children, David K. (Carolyn) Faught of Suttons Bay, MI and Marianne Eyer of Marquette, MI; 2 grandsons, Samuel D. Faught of Ann Arbor, MI and William A. Faught of Suttons Bay, MI. There will be no services held at this time; however, a Mass of Remembrance will be celebrated at a later date in her honor.
