Gloria D. Perry's Obituary
Mrs. Gloria Dean Perry, age 75, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 in Grand Haven, Michigan. She was born in Tallassee, Alabama on May 27, 1941 to Willis T. and Margie M. (Langley) Melton and had resided most of her life in Fruitport, Michigan. Gloria was a member of the Muskegon Church of Christ. She had been employed as the Bakery Manager at Punches Grocery Store for over 20 years before her retirement. She enjoyed gardening, coloring, and puzzles. Gloria adored her cats and loved her family. She is survived by four children, Margie D. (William) Calkins, George H. (Candy) Perry, Jr., Johnnie L. (Wendy) Perry and Will Anglebrandt; nine grandchildren, including Jeremy, Shannon, Randee, Tamara and Xander; 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Doug (Maryann) Dopson and Stephen Mosley; three sisters, Patricia Branham, Shirley (Don) Shealy and Teresa (Kyle) Anderson. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Joseph Mosley and David Wambaugh and life-long friend, Lorraine Rutkowski. A CELEBRATION OF GLORIA’S LIFE will be held from 1:00 – 3:30PM Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the Muskegon Fraternal order of Eagles #668 (621 W. Western Ave., Muskegon, MI 49440).
