Gordon Miller's Obituary
Mr. Gordon E. Miller, age 48, passed away unexpectedly Friday evening, April 1, 2005 at home. He was born February 21, 1957 to August K. and Donna M. (Point) Miller in Muskegon, and was a life resident. He worked at Port City Die Cast. Mr. Miller loved deer hunting, especially bow-hunting, and also golf. SURVIVORS include his son, Nathan of Grand Rapids; his daughter, Stacey (Jeremy) Skorupa of Muskegon; fiancee, Mary Vanderstelt, and her sons, Trent, Gary, and David Vanderstelt; 6 brothers, Herman James (Mickey) Miller, Fred (Sherri) Miller, David (Karen) Miller, Larry (Ginny) Miller, August (Targa) Miller, Robert (Lisa) Miller; 2 sisters, Donna Marie Miller, Joyce (Tim) Bolema; step-father, Robert Bigsby; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Douglas Miller. SERVICES will be 1:00 pm Wednesday at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. (231) 759-8565 with Rev. Ben Jansen officiating. Burial will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION at the funeral home will be from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday.
