Gordon D. Westhoff's Obituary
Mr. Gordon Don Westhoff, age 77, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at his home. Gord was born February 3, 1933 in Ferrysburg to Dick and Tena (Katt) Westhoff and had been a life-long resident of the area. He was a member of Fellowship Reformed Church; was self-employed and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved the outdoors. On January 11, 1952 he married Blanche VanderMolen, who preceded him in death along with grandson Gabriel (Dunham) and brother Paul Westhoff. He is survived by his wife, Judy (Coburn) and her five sons and his four children, Pamela K. Dunham of Bonita Springs, FL; Laurie A. Meier of Tarpon Springs, FL; Don G. (Shelly) Westhof of Spring Lake, MI and Steven R. (Jean) Westhof of Oak Harbor, Washington; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Rich (Mary) Westhoff of Spring Lake and 1 sister, Betty (Robert) Casemier of Grand Haven. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM with visitation an hour prior on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Fellowship Reformed Church (4200 E. Apple Ave.) with Rev.
