Gordon L. Widing's Obituary
Mr. Gordon L. Widing, age 79, of Grand Haven passed away Monday, December 7, 2009. He was born August 5, 1930 to Charles and Florence (Runion) Widing and has lived in the area all of his life.
Mr. Widing retired from Anderson-Bolling in Spring Lake where he worked for over 40 years. He was a life-long member of the Eagles and was a Scout Master for 28 years.
He is survived by 3 children: Ken (Kristi Beukema) Widing, Mike (Karla) Widing, Deb (Timothy) Tyrrell; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Shirley Quick and Rose Smith. He was preceded in death by 2 wives: Anna Widing and Vivian Feriend Widing; and 2 brothers: Bob and Kenneth Widing.
