Gordon Lee Casler's Obituary
Mr. Gordon L. Casler, age 70, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2011. He was born on February 17, 1941 to Cleo and Margaret (St. Amour) Casler in Muskegon. He has worked at CWC – Textron for over 30 years prior to his retirement in 2000. SURVIVORS include 6 children, Vicki (Greg) Taylor of Florida, Carol Casler of Wyoming, Allson Casler of Nevada, Mary Peden of Nevada, Gordon (Roxanna) Casler Jr. of Rothbury and Kelley (Michael) Roest of Grand Haven; 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; brother, Dale (Arilla) Casler of Minnesota and sister, Sharon Tardani of Muskegon. Gordon was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Wayne, two sisters, Emmaruth Sweet and Shirley Rose and two grandchildren. MEMORIAL SERVICE will be 11 AM, Thursday, May 19, 2011 at The Lee Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 with Pastor Tim Taylor officiating. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to the Residents Activity Fund of Heartwood Lodge (18525 Woodland Ridge Dr. Spring Lake, MI 49456) would be appreciated.
