Mrs. Grace Marlin Andrews' Obituary
Mrs. Grace Marlin Andrews, age 94, passed away early Thursday morning, July 19, 2018. Grace was born November 29, 1923 in Detroit to Julius and Julia (Balogh) Pavella. She married Arthur Page Andrews in Detroit and he preceded her in death on August 31, 2013. Grace and Arthur lived their married life in Detroit, and Grace moved to this area just prior to his death. They were members of Angelica Lutheran Church in Allen Park, Michigan where Grace was involved in the Women’s Guild and the Card Club. She was an exceptional cook and baker, making wedding cakes and Hungarian dishes. Grace is survived by her children, Gloria Fitzsimmons of OK, and Lee (Kathy) Andrews ll of Muskegon; 6 grandchildren, Richard (Krista) Fitzsimmons Jr., Julianne (Mitch) Bushong-Clark, Jeremy Fitzsimmons, Arthur Page (Devan) Andrews ll, Emily Andrews, and Aaron Andrews; and 7 great-grandchildren, Brianna, Ellianne, Malainah, Aiden, Mackenzie, Kaley and Morgan. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Anne and Helen; brothers, Julius, Edward and twin brother, Robert. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Laketon Bethel Reformed Church, 1568 W Giles Rd. with Rev. Dr. Sherwin Brantsen officiating. Interment in Laketon Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Harbor Hospice Foundation.
