Mr. Gregg H. Vander Ven's Obituary
Mr. Gregg H. Vander Ven, 68, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019. He was born May 4, 1950 to Hubert and Daisy (Bonema) Vander Ven in Muskegon and was a lifelong resident. Gregg had worked at Stanco Metal Products in Grand Haven before retiring. He previously worked at Johnson Technologies and had owned his own business, The Insulation King. On May28, 1999 he married Joy S. Marcellus, and she survives him along with 2 sons: Chadwick and Jordan Vander Ven; step-children: Lori Metzler and Kevin Mason; step-grandchildren: Aleah Metzler and Devin Fellows; step-great-grandchildren: Aurora and Geoffrey; his sister: Kay (Arthur) Cummings; and his former wife: Linda Brosseit. A graveside service will be held Thursday, January 24, at 2:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery.
