Gregory V. Olson's Obituary
Gregory V. Olson, 13, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012. Born May 30, 1998 to Phillip II and Gretchen (Carlson) Olson, he was a life resident of Muskegon. Greg was an 8th-grade student at Mona Shores Middle School. His SURVIVORS include his parents, Phil and Gretchen; a sister, Sarah; grandparents Phillip Sr. and Linda Olson of Muskegon and Donald and Shirley Carlson of Ludington; aunts and uncles: Nikki and Todd Weber, Jennifer and Chris Brokaw, Eric and Laurie Carlson and Phillip Carlson; and several cousins, second cousins, friends and classmates. Gregory loved his friends and family. He was a self-taught guitar player and loved spending time with his family going to concerts and camping up North. Gregory always had a kind word to say. He had a kind heart and was a beautiful young man, inside and out. The FUNERAL SERVICE for Greg will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 24, 2012 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444, 231-798-1100 with Rev. Willie Foster officiating. VISITATION will be 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, May 23, 2012.
