Gwendolyn Ann Victor's Obituary
Mrs. Gwendolyn Ann Victor, age 72, of Spring Lake passed away Saturday, December 19, 2011 at home. She was born June 7, 1939 in Toledo, Ohio to Cecil and Lila (Morrison) Hauser.
Gwendolyn was the former owner of Vic’s Restaurant in Spring Lake, and she was known for making the chili and loved decorating the restaurant for the holidays. She enjoyed casinos, traveling, gardening, cats and loved spending time with her family.
The former Gwendolyn Ann Hauser was married to Ernest J. Victor on February 14, 1980 in Rockford, MI and her loving husband preceded her in death on March 8, 2003. She is survived by 1 son, Fred (Melody) Sears of Spring Lake; and 2 grandchildren, Daniel Benson and Amber Bishop. She was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Leon Sears.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 23, 2011 at VanZantwick Bartels Kammeraad Funeral Home in Spring Lake with Rev. Richard Rhem officiating. Visitation with her family will be 5-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Spring Lake Cemetery.
