Harley D. Bollenbacher's Obituary
Mr. Harley D. Bollenbacher, age 96, passed away early Monday morning, August 1, 2005 in Muskegon. He was born September 26, 1908 to Louis D. and Furlena M. (Cottrell) Bollenbacher in Addison, MI, and lived most of his life in the Muskegon area. He worked at West Michigan Steel for 40 years before retiring, and enjoyed traveling with family and friends. On June 4, 1932 Harley married Marie B. Herington in Muskegon and she survives him along with 1 son, Harley R. ôBobö (Carol) Bollenbacher of Muskegon; daughter-in-law, Maree Alyce; grandchildren, Steven (Janice) Bollenbacher, Michael (Patricia) Bollenbacher, Juli LaPres, Kurt (Pam) Bollenbacher, Lori (Rick) Johnson, Cindy (Don) Janowiak; 15 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Alvaretta Piper; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Harold Lawrence ôLarryö Bollenbacher in 1988; 1 brother, Charles; and 1 sister Chloe.
