Mr. Harold "Bud" Fisher's Obituary
Mr. Harold J. “Bud” Fisher, 87, passed away Sunday afternoon, March 18, 2018, in Muskegon. He was born July 8, 1930 to Henry and Belena (DeYoung) Fisher in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. Bud served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, was a member of Allen Avenue Christian Reformed Church, worked at Clarke Floor Machine for 40 years, and finished his working career at S & K Products. On September 13, 1957 he married Luann Kay Palsrok, and she preceded him in death on October 11, 2015. Bud is survived by 2 children: Randy (Becki) Fisher, Lori Bolema; 3 grandchildren: Kaleigh Wheeler-Raugh, Patrick (Aida) Fisher, Christofer Fisher; 5 great-grandchildren: Emily, Natalie and Melanie Fisher, Jaxen Raugh, Declan Wheeler; many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by 3 sisters: Agnes and Margaret Fisher, and Harriet VanderMolen. The memorial service will be Friday, March 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Allen Avenue Christian Reformed Church, 695 Allen Ave. Visitation at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave., (231) 726-5210, will be Thursday, March 22, from 4-7 PM.
