Harold C. Young's Obituary
Harold C. Young, age 96, a lifelong resident of Ravenna, Moorland Township, MI quietly went to be with his lord on Friday, February 24, 2017.
Harold was born on January 14, 1921, in Ravenna, MI to the late Jerry and Grace (Morey) Young. He married Margaret J. (Laszar) Young on September 14, 1942, in Ohio. He loved fixing things, was an avid farmer and also worked at Kaydon Corp. until his retirement. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great and great great grandfather and will be greatly missed.
Harold is survived by his wife of 74 years: Margaret J. Young of Ravenna. 2 Sons: Ralph (Lora) Young of Muskegon and Pastor Duane (Deborah) Young of Ravenna. 3 Daughters: Beverly (Larry) Gardiner, Betty (Jesse) Hills and Diane (Ken) Berry all of Ravenna. 12 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Sister: Wave Rowe and 1 Brother Carroll Young.
Private family services were held with burial at Ravenna Township Cemetery.
