Harold C. Loyselle, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. Harold C. Loyselle, Jr., age 74, went to be with his Lord and Savior early Saturday morning, August 7, 2004 in Muskegon. He was born November 30, 1929 in Muskegon to Harold Sr. and Agnes (Perry) Loyselle and was a life resident. On October 8, 1955 he married the former Delores Carter in Muskegon. Mr. Loyselle was in the U.S. Army in the 180th Infantry Association and served in the Korean War. He worked 37 years for CNO Railroad before retiring in 1990. Harold was a member of Lovell Moore 182, Muskegon Council 54, Commandry 022, Muskegon Chapter #47 R.A.M., Genesis #88, and Sheridan Road Church of Christ where he spent many years as elder. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Delores; 5 children, James Loyselle of Muskegon, Joey Loyselle of Omaha, NB, John (Lynna) Loyselle of Grand Haven, Jay (Chris) Loyselle of Muskegon, Jerry (Elizabeth) Loyselle of Breckenridge, CO; 15 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, James (Marilyn) Loyselle, Claire (Mae) Loyselle; 4 sisters, Margaret Brown, Barb (Jack) Kline, Betty (Ron) Lynn, and Freda (Morris) Barefoot. He is preceded in death by his parents; 1 grandson, Jacob Minor; and 1 brother, George Loyselle. A service will be held 11AM Tuesday at Sheridan Road Church of Christ with Robert Hodgeman officiating. Visitation with the family will be 2-4PM and 7-9PM today at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210. Interment will take place at Norton Cemetery.
