Harry L. Kuharevicz's Obituary
Mr. Harry L. Kuharevicz, age 82, passed away early Friday, May 26, 2006 at his home. He was born May 7, 1924 to Michael and Sophie (Kendra) Kuharevicz in Muskegon, and was a life resident. He worked at Hodgeon and Anderson for several years, retiring in 1989, was a WWII U.S. Army veteran of the 78th Lightning Division, and was a member of St. Francis deSales Catholic Church. Mr. Kuharevicz enjoyed being outdoors in his yard and his garden, and enjoyed helping his neighbors, especially with snow blowing. Watching sports on television was a favorite pastime. On September 17, 1955 he married the former Virginia R. Donato in Muskegon. SURVIVORS include his wife, Virginia; 4 children, Sandy (Jerome Jibson) Kuharevicz of Norton Shores, Joan (Marty) Fredericksen of Norton Shores, Larry (Lezley) Kuharevicz of Naperville, IL, John Kuharevicz of Twin Lake; 8 grandchildren, Tony, Gina, Adam, Cameron, Sydney, and Jackson Kuharevicz, Brady and Holly Fredericksen; 3 brothers, Edward (Phylis) Kuharevicz, Richard (Alice) Kuharevicz, Robert (Phyllis) Kuharevicz, 1 sister, Rita (Clair) Rederstorf; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Victor and Chet Kuharevicz; 3 sisters, Veronica Johnson, Florence Lewandowski, and Dorothy Kuharevicz. THE MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church, Marian Chapel. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, with military rites under the auspices of the Muskegon County Council of the VFW. VISITATION at
