Helen R. Moser's Obituary
Mrs. Helen R. Moser, age 85, of Spring Lake, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2009. She was born December 7, 1923 in Grand Rapids to Frank and Julia (Nemeth) Sabo and has lived in the Spring Lake area for most of her life.
Helen was a 1941 graduate of Coopersville High School and was a member of Nortonville Gospel Chapel and also a member of the VFW Auxiliary. On September 27, 1946 she married Albert Moser in Grand Rapids, MI. He preceded her in death on June 8, 2002.
She is survived by one daughter, Joan Moser of Spring Lake; three sons, Gerald (Helen) Moser of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Ross (Mindy) Moser of Napoleon, OH and Dale Moser of Grandville; six grand children and six great-grand children. She is also survived by one sister Sophie Otterbein, of Yale, MI. She was preceded in death by two sisters; Julia VanderVeen and Elizabeth Nebbeling and one brother; Frank Sabo. The family would like to say a special thank you to Hospice of North Ottawa Community and to Faith Hospice.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM at the Nortonville Gospel Chapel in Spring Lake on Friday, October 9, 2008 with Rev. Dennis Snyder officiating. Visitation with the family will be 1 hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions in Helen’s name may be given to Hospice of North Ottawa Community. Interment will take place in Nunica Cemetery.
