I am so sorry to hear of Henry's passing. He was always one of my favorite people at church! I have a ton of memories of him. Perhaps one of my favorites is when he brought Tony and I a gift after giving birth to our first daughter, Evelyn. He brought her back a little baby pair of Dutch shoes from his trip to the Netherlands. I wasn't allowed to tell anyone else that he got them for her! I liked to tease him that he always looked so serious on the outside but had a soft, mushy heart on the inside. He also went out of his way to personally care for us while we lived in the parsonage. He was a wonderful, tender hearted, hard working man. Your family will be in our prayers. With love,
