Speaking for our family, our late mother, Jane Wheeler Millican, and her sister, Patricia Wheeler Andrew, spent many happy hours as backdoor neighbors and good friends with
Herb and Tom. We always enjoyed Herb's Christmas notes each year.
We have just found out about Herb's passing and while much time has passed...our condolences are just as sincere.
