I am so sorry to hear of Howard's passing. Although I haven't been in contact with your family in years, I wanted you to know your family has always been a family I have always missed since you moved from the Hart area. Please know that I care and will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked directly with Howard on the technical maintenance team for Consumers Energy at B.C. Cobb. We also worked directly together in the Learning and Development group, and continued to work together collaborating on training for Consumers Energy employees. He was a gentle, pleasant man, it was very obvious that his family brought him a lot of joy, as he would speak of it often. Howard was very intelligent, and always willing to share his technical expertise, experience and working knowledge with his peers and those he instructed. Howard was a great asset as a Instrument technician and an instructor. I feel privileged to know him and I consider him a friend. I am saddened by his passing and will miss Howard.
