Infant Luke Richard Brickley's Obituary
Luke Richard Brickley, infant son of Michael and Kelley (Maher) Brickley, passed away in the loving arms of his parents on Monday, March 15, 2010 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Born on March 10, 2010, his birth was a true miracle and his five days of life were a beautiful gift from God. Luke will be dearly missed and forever loved. In addition to his parents, Luke is survived by his brother, Jack Brickley; grandparents, Richard and Linda Maher, James Brickley, and Diane Brickley all of Norton Shores; great-grandparents, Ellen Pearson of Muskegon, Peter and Mary Anne Brayan of Grand Blanc, MI; uncle, Richard Maher of Providence, RI; aunts, Stephanie Maher of Muskegon, Olivia and Ana Brickley of Norton Shores; cousin, Jared Maher of Muskegon; and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, John Pearson, Richard and Mildred Maher, Richard and Marcella Brickley. A PUBLIC VISITATION with the family will be held 6-8 PM Thursday at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. (231) 798-1100 followed by a PRIVATE FAMILY SERVICE on Friday. Burial will take place in Lakeside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Luke Richard Brickley Memorial Fund at the Norton Shores Branch of the Muskegon Area District Libraries. All donations will be used to buy books for children.
