Irene Isabell Jozsa's Obituary
Ms. Irene I. Jozsa, age 90, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014 at a local care facility. She was born September 24, 1923 in Muskegon to John and Mary (Vida) Jozsa. Irene was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a member of the Altar Society and Senior’s group. She was employed at Sealed Power as an Inspector for 33 years until her retirement in 1978. She is survived by 1 brother, Alex (Pat) Jozsa of Roosevelt Park; her sister-in-law, Joyce Jozsa of Lansing, MI; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary R. DeVries and brother, John N. Jozsa. The MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the mass. She will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Church or Mercy V.N.S. Hospice. Arrangements by The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100.
