Irma Minnerick's Obituary
Mrs. Irma Minnerick, age , 88, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at the Poppen residence. She was born March 10, 1920 in Ravenna to Russell and Hazel (Wilde) Patterson and resided in Muskegon Heights for most of her life. The former Irma Patterson married Russell W. Minnerick in Muskegon on December 3, 1938. He preceded her in death on November 17, 1998. Irma was a member of the Muskegon Heights Eagles and enjoyed sewing, cooking and loved cutting the grass on her tractor. SURVIVORS include: 1 son, Russell J. (Brenda) Minnerick of Kalkaska, MI; 1 daughter, Jo-Ann K. (Gayl) Beals of Muskegon; 2 brothers, Kenneth (Diane) Patterson and Charles (Mickey) Patterson both of Ravenna, MI; 2 daughters-in-law, Carolyn Minnerick of Connersville, IN and Caroline Minnerick of Spring Lake, MI; 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. She was also preceded in death by 2 sons, Donald in 1986 and William in 2002 and 3 brothers, Harold, Gerald and Gordon Patterson. The FUNERAL SERVICE will be Saturday 1:30 p.m. at
