Jack William Kenney's Obituary
Mr. Jack William Kenney, age 70, passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 at his home in Muskegon. He was born in Muskegon on February 23, 1950 to William and Anna (Wickham) Kenney. He was a veteran of the United States Marines and served in the Vietnam War. Jack was employed with the Millwrights Local 1102 prior to his retirement. He married the former Patricia Paynter in Reno, Nevada in April of 2003 and she survives him along with five children, Ann (Jeff) Meisch, Randy (Heather) Kenney, William (Tasha) Kenney, Julia (Curtis) Jones, and Angela (Lee Longmire) Kenney; three step-children, Ralph Sibley, Doug (Anna) Sibley, and Denise (Anthony) Trotter; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Katheryn (Gordon) McPherson; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Barbara Kenney. VISITATION will be from 3-5 PM Saturday, December 5, 2020 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444. Due to state restrictions, masks will be required and a maximum of 25 persons indoors will be allowed. Please be courteous with the time spent with the family as others will be waiting to see them. SERVICES for Jack will be PRIVATE and a CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE will be announced at a later date. MILITARY HONORS will be performed at 11:45 AM Monday, December 7, 2020 at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
