Jack Clare Reynolds' Obituary
Mr. Jack C. Reynolds, age 94, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, August 31, 2024, in Muskegon, Michigan. He was born in Muskegon on March 1, 1930 to William and Louise (Pauquette) Reynolds and had resided in the Muskegon area all his life. On March 19, 1948, Jack married the former Phyllis J. Wright and they had a beautiful marriage of 62 years. Jack was employed by Consumers Energy for 37 years prior to his retirement in 1987. He was a life-time member of the Elks Lodge #274 and had attended First Wesleyan Church. Jack enjoyed gardening, yard work, and remodeling houses. He also enjoyed spending over 30 years wintering in Fort Myers, Florida. Jack is survived by his son, Ronald (Sheila) Reynolds, granddaughter, Hannah Reynolds; step-granddaughter, Shawn (Keith) Berkheiser; great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Caroline; many nieces, nephews, and dear friend, Barbara Hermanson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Reynolds; parents; sister, Betty Kleyn; brothers, William Reynolds and Robert Reynolds; and sisters-in-law, Virginia Reynolds and Lydia Reynolds. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 2:00 PM Friday, September 20, 2024 at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442.
