Mrs. Jacklyn M. Forman's Obituary
Mrs. Jacklyn M. Forman, age 76, passed away Saturday morning, December 27, 2014. She was born May 15, 1938 in Muskegon to William and Arcola (Evans) Stafford. Jacklyn worked for Chrysler Motor Company for six and a half years and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. On May 22, 1954 she married Robert K. Forman, Sr. in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on July 19, 2003. She enjoyed traveling with her husband in their fifth wheel and attending car shows. SURVIVORS include six children: Robert K. “Skip” (Kim) Forman, Jr. of Greentown, IN, Diane (Tim) Tinker of Kenosha, WI, Edward Forman of Muskegon, Debra (Tom) DeMoss of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Lorraine (Bruce) Morgan of Paddock Lake, WI, Anthony (Ramona) Forman of Trevor, WI; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; half-brother, William (Lillian) Stafford of Round Lake, IL; and several extended family members. She was also preceded in death by her parents; great-grandson, Deviontae Gigliotti; and 2 brothers: Robert and Jimmy Stafford. According to her wishes, cremation will take place.
