Jacqueline Pearce's Obituary
Mrs. Jacqueline Pearce, age 79, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away Thursday morning, January 13, 2011. She was born April 27, 1931 in Punxsutawney, PA to John and Margaret (Hill) Nulf. Mrs. Pearce worked for Michigan Plastics in Grand Haven for 30 years before retiring. She was a member of The Journey Church. On November 22, 1947 she married Merle W. Pearce, Jr. in Punxsutawney, PA and he preceded her in death on April 5, 2002. SURVIVORS include 5 children, Larry (Marcia) Pearce of Muskegon, Daniel (Lois) Pearce of Lowell, MI, Patrick (Judy) Pearce, Randy (Violeta) Pearce, Bruce (Judith) Pearce all of Muskegon; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Jim (Kathy) Nulf of Muskegon; sister, Margaret (Claire) Horner of Ravenna; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son, Merle E. Pearce in 1949; 4 sisters, Lucy, Emma Jane, Barb, Loretta; 2 brothers, John and Alex. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Monday at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. (231) 726-5210 with Pastor Paul Urban officiating. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION with the family will be from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Sunday. MEMORIALS to Heartland Hospice or the American Cancer Society will be appreciated.
