Jacqueline M. Sanborn's Obituary
Jacqueline M. Sanborn, age 72, passed away at the Hillcrest Care Home, Friday, March 18, 2011 following a long illness. She was born in Muskegon on September 11, 1938 to Hoyt and Irene (Richards) Shephard and was a 1957 graduate of Muskegon Heights H.S. Jacqueline was a former hostess at Denny’s restaurant in Norton Shores and was employed as a lab technician at Eagle Ottawa in Grand Haven for 15 yrs., retiring in 1998. Jacqueline was a talented musician, she enjoyed music and taking care of her grandchildren. She was the epitome of motherhood and is survived by: a son, Scott (Joan) Sanborn of Norton Shores; a daughter, Susan (Michael) Sanborn-Poulin of N. Muskegon; four grandchildren, Atherton Sanborn, Sami Sanborn, Gavin Poulin and Garrett Poulin; brother, Gerald (Julie) Shephard of Grand Rapids; and sister, Sandra Yokobonus of Norton Shores. She was preceded in death by her parents and a three year old son, Jeffery in 1969. Friends are invited to Join the family for a remembrance open house at:
