Mrs. Jaculine R. Allsop's Obituary
Mrs. Jaculine R. “Jackie” Allsop, age 57, passed away unexpectedly Friday morning, December 28, 2012 in Muskegon. She was born February 14, 1955 to Donald G. and Rose M. (Miller) Frederick in Muskegon and was a life resident of Muskegon. Jackie was employed as a Bus Driver for Muskegon Public Schools and previously Reeths-Puffer Schools for 18 years. She was fondly remembered as “Miss Jackie”. She married Steven J. Allsop on May 2, 1981 and he survives her along with 2 children, Erin (David) Greene of Muskegon, Steven (Shawna) Allsop II of Muskegon; 3 loving grandchildren, Haylie, Hannah, and Blaine; her mother, Rose Frederick of Twin Lake; 1 sister, Mary Frederick of Kalamazoo; 2 brothers, Donald G. (Jane) Frederick II of Liberty, MO, Walter A. (Christine) Frederick III of Holton. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald G. Frederick. THE MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Friday, January 4, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. The Rev. Fr. Anthony M. Pelak will preside. A luncheon will follow at the church. Burial will take place at Twin Lake Cemetery. VISITATION at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. (231) 726-5210 will be from 5-8 PM Thursday, with the Rosary prayed at 4:30 PM.
