Mr. James "Butch" Becker's Obituary
Mr. James L. “Butch” Becker, 71, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018. He was born July 22, 1946 to Paul H.L. and Gladys I. (Boswell) Becker in Grand Rapids. Butch was a U.S Army veteran, serving in Vietnam, and was a member of the Fruitport Eagles. He loved the outdoors and watching television, especially NASCAR. He enjoyed being with his family and friends. Butch is survived by his wife, Diane; his son, Frederick Just; his sister, Carol (Arlyn) Cribley; his brother, Paul (and friend Donna) Becker; nephews and nieces, Arlyn (Amy) Cribley, Aaron (Allison) Cribley, Allyn (Maritza) Cribley, Angela (Greg) Dietz, Jaramia (Jessica) Becker, Tara Becker; many great nieces and nephews; longtime friend, Bob Pace; many cousins and friends. Butch will be greatly missed. In accordance with Butch’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of is life with family and friends will take place, Sunday, February 11, from 1-4 PM at the Fruitport Eagles, 3354 S.
