Jim always had time to chat, and always put a smile on our faces whenever we met. He was a wonderful man that will be missed by many family members and friends.

To my sister and her family!I will miss Leonard very much as he was not just my brother in law but a very good friend.I could always count on him for help or advice.We enjoyed doing many together ice fishing was just one of them.I remember when I was in Jr high he coached my basketball team.What an unselfish and giving man he was. Remembering Mr Bird (Jim) From all my Saturdays at the LC. Would see him at our Jr. hockey games in the morning and again at the public skates in the afternoon. Mr Bird even took me to the E.R when I took a hockey stick to the face. He stayed there with me until my folks showed up. Myself and parents knew Mr. Bird would be at the L.C looking out for me when my folks weren't able to attend. Great man and neighbor. So sorry for his passing.
