James Albert Ferencsik's Obituary
Mr. James A. Ferencsik, age 83, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013. He was born July 3, 1930 in Muskegon to John and Helen (Olah) Ferencsik. He was a 1949 graduate of Muskegon Heights H.S. and was employed at Teledyne Continental Motors for 42 years until his retirement in 1992. He was a former member of the Hungarian Hall. He is SURVIVED by 4 children, James R. (Lee) Ferencsik and Vicki Ferencsik both of Apopka, FL, Nancy (Bryan) Swain and Peggy Munford ( fiance’ Chris Jeffries) of Roosevelt Park; his sister, Betty Berger of Muskegon and former wife, Sandra Bush of Apopka, FL; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Joseph and John Ferencsik and his sister, Margaret Schillaci. The Public Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. this evening, Sunday, November 24, 2013 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100. A Private Family Service will be held. He will be laid to rest in Mona View Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
