James L. Garrett's Obituary
James Leon Garrett, age 68, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 after declining health conditions. He was born on June 28, 1952 in St. Louis, MO. Jim loved to ride motorcycles. His entire adult life he raised hybrid wolves and loved to fish and hunt. He was a fan of Elvis Presley (Did it my Way). James requested not to have a service. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Celsie Garrett and Breannen Garrett; son, Joshua James Garrett; father, Edwin Nichols; 2 sisters, Brenda (Nichols) Alberta and Diane (Garrett) Elliott; friend, Charlotte Garrett; cat, Poppy; dog, Ginger; several grandchildren, nephews and nieces; and 1 great-great grandchild. He is preceded in death by his mother, Delors (Harris) Hudson; and 2 infant sons. Arrangements entrusted to The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services.
