"Griff" was my supervisor for approx. 10 yrs. and after a kinda rocky start he ended up being probably the best one I had in my career at GTE/ Verizon. He was a very fair person, and a lot of fun to be around...we had some good times.

Jim was a great guy. I really treasure the times we shared together. We would laugh at each others terminology for different things. Like me calling a car trunk a boot and the hood a bonnet. I asked him one day if I could drive on our way to Hart. He said ok but sounded a little nervous. Anyway off we went. Along a straight piece of road and no on coming cars I pulled out to pass a car. Jim said ( in a shaky voice) are you sure honey. We made it 😃 lol.. We had so much fun together. His family are lovely too. Jim and Bonnie and Cinde, you always made me feel so welcome. Oh one more funny thing. Out hunting one day and I shot my 1st ever deer. Jim didnt get anything. I asked him if he would like me to show him how it's done. He laughed.
RIP Jim. Love you xx
